O Mulheres no Paddock é uma iniciativa estabelecida em abril de 2022, dedicada a fomentar uma comunidade feminina no setor do automobilismo.
Com uma abordagem inclusiva, o projeto visa desmistificar o ambiente esportivo e quebrar paradigmas, criando um espaço saudável e acolhedor para a participação feminina.
A plataforma reúne profissionais de diferentes áreas, que compartilham regularmente conteúdos relevantes e análises aprofundadas sobre o universo do automobilismo.

I'm 26 years old and I've been following Formula 1 for as long as I can remember, but I became passionate and obsessed in 2019. I'm the creator and founder of Mulheres, but today, as I'm no longer alone in this boat, I'm CEO and creative director! I have several favorite pilots, but Max and Pierre are my favorites! Of teams, I really like Red Bull and Ferrari!
I am an Architect and Urban Planner with a specialty in racetrack design, after the development of the Requalification Project for the Autodromo de Brasília. I've also been working with marketing and social media management for a few years, currently doing an MBA in that area. I hope to be able to share the knowledge I have gained through my work, but also the passion for this wonderful sport.
